To be considered for future referrals through the LCS program, please begin by completing the Vendor Application Form.
Once your online application has been completed, you will receive an email advising you of the status and next required steps.
If your application is successful, a selection of the following supporting documents will be requested from you:
• Company Registration Document
• Vat Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Fleet List
• Proof of Ownership of Trucks
• GIT (Goods In Transit)
• Cancelled Cheque / Letter from your bank
